"As I made my way around the show room floor, out of the blue I was asked did I want to check out clearance items in the back as if I couldn't afford the normal retail prices. Customer service was embarrassing to say the least. Update: Management reached out quickly to assure that I was ok and to apologize for any discrepancy on their end. Maybe the customer service isn't too bad after all. I've been a customer for three years now and I love the quality of the furniture, I mean it's Havertys so luxury is to be expected... hopefully the quality of customer service can match going forward."

"We have shopped at Haverty's for over 30 years. There is no better furniture store. We have never had a problem with the furniture we have purchased through the years, but this last trip we purchased 2 loveseats and due to a manufacturer problem with the headrest Haverty's gave us the option to repair or replace. Being it was going to take a while to repair we opted for replacement and it was less than a week they were at our home with replacements. The salesperson was amazing from the beginning!! The new furniture is of the best quality. I would not shop anywhere else.. Thank you Haverty's for making the transition so easy.."

"Recently bought a new sectional from Walker at Havertys and could not be happier. Walker and his team bent over backwards to make sure the process went smooth and delivery was perfect. After the delivery Walker called to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. 10/10 recommend this store. Thank you Walker!"

"Original review: The furniture is high quality and with better quality comes with an additional cost. Nothing wrong with that, just be aware this store is not cheap. Covid comment. Customer service rep was friendly however the rep did not wear a mask properly and kept intruding into mine and my wife space. (within 6 ft even though we kept creating the distance). Updated review: Manager called me and is going to retrain the individual and staff. This is quite acceptable. Increased the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Store manager comment. Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Management will reach out to you. Thank you."
