"The clerk inside is nice and helpful. I have watched package after package arrive at the Bridgeport post office ONLY TO BE SENT TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE OR ANOTHER COUNTY ALL TOGETHER! I understand mistakes can happen but this is 8 out of 10 packages in 30 days. What is going on that no o e is held accountable for continued poor performance? Also my delivery person crams packages in my mailbox and has caused damage to items that I have to pay to replace. If I had this many complaints against my performance I would be fired by now . At the LEAST these people need to be retrained"

"Constantly getting mail that's not mine. Also, when something is delivered that doesn't fit in mailbox it gets tossed onto the driveway or sidewalk with a disregard to what is inside the box. I also don't understand why when I have two packages they aren't both brought up to the house? One fits inside the mailbox and one doesnt he will separate them instead of delivering both at the door .he needs to be retrained"

"I tend to receive mail listed to the wrong person (usually the house's previous owner so not a big deal) and have only received mail to the wrong address once. I just put it back in the box, flip the flag up and the mail person takes it back, not a problem at all. The workers at the Post Office themselves were friendly and personable. Edit: Editing my review because things have gotten substantially worse since initially making the first review. I get mail to the wrong address almost daily now, constantly get mail for the wrong person or previous resident despite filling out a form saying who mail can be delivered to at this address. How hard is it to read the address of the house correctly? It's on my property in four different spots AND on the mailbox and yet I get mail more for other houses than I do my own! And sometimes it's been important pieces of mail that unfortunately will be delayed because of it being put in the wrong box. Makes me wonder how often mail that's supposed to be mine has been delivered elsewhere."

"Starting to get mad that the person that delivers the mail keeps putting the wrong mail in my mail box..... so I haven't been getting my mail... I have to walk the mail to the persons house that I keep getting... so I think someone need to slow down and pay attention to the address on the mail and mail box.... it's happened 2 times this week and it's happened plenty of times before and I have been trying to see if the person is just new and not say anything but it's been long enough...the addresses are right in front of you. Not that hard...."
