"I needed water for my pool because I was getting a new liner and I wasn't sure what the exact date was going to be. I spoke to Jackie and she put me in the calendar and it was no issue having to change the date. Also the water comes right from the well.. It was crystal clear The price was fair and the service was great"
"Water was cheapest arround and they delivered on scheduled day. The water had a nice pH of 7.3 The main issue was the fright that I got the day after they filled the pool. It turned greenish in the middle. Apparently it happens frequently with a new liner reacting with the "metals in the well water" from Troncillito wells. They lost a star because they didn't warn me this could happen. I freaked out and took the water sample to get tested and buy all the chemicals, but Gelati pool guy said this happens with Troncillito water, no one knows why. Wait a day, it will resolve on its own. And it did. So I called the company and they grudgingly confirmed this. The driver was not much for conversation, but delivered 3 trucks in 4 hours. Over all would buy again"

"Topping off our pool. Every year we need to top off our pool and call Troncillito. They are always fill with crystal clear water and I never have an issue with algae. Just chlorine and one bag of shock, run the filter 24 hours first time and pool is ready. Recommended highly!"
