"The room was clean and all, it just looks like at very least you could have taller height toilets,not standard. My wife and I are in our 70's, but we don't usually get handicapped room. The toilets are for kids and short people."

"I visited my Mom who was traveling and staying the night. My only criticism of the room is I only saw a trash can in the bathroom. The staff was very kind to provide a packet of toothpaste so my kids, her grandchildren, could brush their teeth. I didn't stay the night, but having worked as an AGM and GM at a hotel and Cabin Resort, the room was clean and they gave my mom, who has mobility issues, a ground floor room. I recommend this hotel."

"Did a overnight stay here and everything was excellent. The front desk person was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and refreshed. The continental breakfast was excellent and love the location of the hotel."

"Unwillingness to work with us when we couldn't make stay because we had an emergency at home and had to go home early from our event. Uncaring about emergency we had and didn't even try to help with maybe a room credit or something. Our emergency was we had a lady letting our dog out bail on us after we traveled 5 hourds to our destination at last minute. So we had to go home. If we hadn't of went home. Our fur baby would've been in a crate for over 24 hours without food or water. Basically told us tough luck with your emergency but we're keeping your $225 for nothing. Keep payment when hotel wasn't even booked up. I'm guessing the manager at this hotel doesn't care about animals or thinking animals shouldn't be considered an emergency. Shame on you!!! I know her name but will not post it here. Posted is picture of our fur baby who manager didn't think deserved emergency credit."

"Small hotel with strangely tiny entrance and miniature pool. Room small, shower narrow, TV so dark that you can hardly watch and no possibility to change settings, air-condition very loud, if you wake up in the middle of the night you won't go back to sleep. Room and bathroom clean, staff nice. There is nothing to be overly excited about if you stayed at a nice hotel before. Some of the reviews are overly enthusiastic. Also, location is not the most accessible from busy road . You have to wrestle your way into the heavy traffic."
