"A huge waste of time. We paid a massive amount of money to have paint overspray removed. Could have been easily wiped off with a good towel. It took 2.5 hours for them to finish. When we came back and inspected the car it was done with very sloppy work- still paint on it, dirt, and leftover wax residue. They had to detail it again which took another hour. Then we had to wait for them to run it through the line and go through the auto wash for a 2nd time. Overall it was a massive waste of time and money. We could have done the same quality of work at home in less time. Not efficient or effective. The only redeeming quality is there dedication to try and fix it but didn't offer any kind of discount or apology for the sloppy work the first time."

"After a heavy rainstorm downtown, the interior of my car flooded. As a last resort, I decided to get it detailed to see if it would help remove the smell from the carpet and was recommended this particular White Horse location. I was not disappointed! I was told it would take around 3 hours for an interior detail and ozone sanitizing, which I was okay with. When I arrived, the gentleman who greeted me in the car wash line was very kind and helpful with instructions. I was told about the additional charge for the ozone before they started, which I really appreciated. The building/waiting area is great, they have a super cool fish tank and even a vending machine and snacks for purchase! The service ended up taking less time than originally expected and I have nothing bad to say about the quality! My car no longer smells like moldy gym socks, and I only had to pay $150 here instead of $600+ to replace my carpet. The ONLY complaint I have (which is so minor) is that the detail stuff they used on the hard surfaces like my steering wheel was very greasy/oily feeling, but that was easily fixed with a wipe down. Also, they recycle their water which is so cool. If I didn’t live 45 minutes away, I would cancel my current car wash membership and get one here."

"This joint has no name. No price list. No menu of services. The guy who takes you in just seems to make up prices as he looks you over. He got me for $46.00 for a full wax whatever. Less than 15 minutes later my car was out. Look at what 46 bucks gets you nowadays in Mount Pleasant…when I pointed out all these areas they had overlooked, I was told I needed a $150-200 “detail job” if I wanted my car really clean ! What a rip off !"

"I’ve visited this location twice. The first time was okay, definitely not perfect. Today I went again, and I’m less than impressed. I spent $49 to get my car washed and detailed. I wasn’t impressed when they gave me my vehicle back and they were nice enough to take it back in for more wiping. However, even after going back in it still is less than what I expected. I could have just gone to the self service car wash for $15 and did a better job at detailing."
