"Outstanding location. Most beautiful street in town. Clean and walkable to everywhere. Only 100 steps to best breakfast in Savanna."

"My friend and I stayed at 21 E. York Street in August. The apartment was in an ideal location, between the north and south historic districts. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was the A/C not working. However, it was fixed for our last night and the temperature in the apartment remained tolerable. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying here."

"This was such a beautiful home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully, updated and well appointed with the every day necessities. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to provide a meal of any size. The house is clean and very comfortable as well. Be aware that, if you are staying in the master bedroom, you will hear quite a bit of traffic pretty early in the morning, but it wasn’t a problem for the other bedrooms. The house is centrally located, and there is a Kroger and a darling coffee shop (Mate Factor) about a block away. The blueberry scones are wonderful!!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay there again, if we return."

"When I arrived at 543 E Anderson home, it appeared as if it hadn't been either cleaned or properly prepared for my arrival. The toilets had water bowl stains as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The power in the primary bedroom was also not working. When I went to the circuit breaker to turn it in, it kept flipping off. There were dead flies all over the counters and floors and the window blinds were covered in dust. Because of the state of the home, I immediately pulled all the sheets off the beds and washed them as well as cleaned the toilets. I took pictures and sent them to the property management company asking for an immediate cleaning. The next day, cleaners came out and did a cleaning, the contractor came out and fixed the power outage and all seemed to be coming together. In the coming days, as it rained more and more in Savannah, I noticed the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom leaked. Contractors had to come out again to fix it. The power outage kept going out in the kitchen and primary bedroom. The flies were relentless. No matter how hard I tried, they kept getting in the home. Additionally, the neighborhood seemed a bit unsafe. A fair amount of homeless community wandered the streets. There were a few times, I thought I heard gun shots or fire crackers. I wasn't sure, but it was unsettling. I also had as package that was delivered, but never found. When I asked the property management company if they could check the ring camera but they were very slow to follow up on my request after I vacated the property. It still hasn't been located. It was unfortunate, cause I could tell the home had just been renovated, but after a week of what was supposed to be a month and a half rental, I had to vacate the property. I felt uncomfortable, the circuit breaker kept going out, leaving the kitchen appliances, not working (a few times the refrigerator wasn't even on). I will neither return to this property nor recommend it to visitors."

"We had a wonderful stay at the vacation rental at 16 E Jones…on an extremely beautiful street walkable to many restaurants and shops in lovely Savannah. The owner living above the garden apartment was just a jewel and offered a number of recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment was spacious and well appointed…and the fact it was pet friendly was an added bonus, as we brought our dog Dexter, who also got to enjoy our vacation!!! Thank you, Cora Bett!!"
