"I signed up for and paid for UPS My Choice so I could change a delivery date. Two weeks in a row I did not receive all of my packages and one was even sent back to sender. This week I received one out of the four packages I was supposed to receive. I didn't realize it was going to be this much of a hassle to change my delivery by one day! So ticked off about this and not being able to get anywhere with customer service! When I check tracking it says two packages have been in Batavia since March 7. Why are they not being delivered!?? I changed the date by one day! Who knows where the other package is!"

"So angry, I paid 20 dollars for overnight to get my birth certificate from Arizona, literally a piece of paper, then it was sorted incorrectly, sent to the wrong state re routed then when it got here to Batavia, shocker , I get a notice saying I was unavailable for pick up… I have cameras on my house as well as motion detectors and a doorbell that notify me if a car even drives past my house… guess what .. not one ups truck was even on this street. So now I have to wait for the one effing hour this place is open to get my birth certificate so I can get married on time. I swear if my wedding is delayed over someone’s lazy ignorant behavior I will about explode. So incredibly disappointed!!!"
