"I was going here for a while because it was close to my house but they have constantly delayed prescriptions and don’t help me out in finding another location that can fill them. I was lied to multiple times that my prescription would be filled by a certain day only for it to still be delayed and wasn’t told when it would be ready. This coming from the staff as well as the pharmacist himself so it’s safe to say I will not be going here anymore."
"Terrible customer service. They told me to lockout at 11a. Got there at 2p. Told me to come back in 15min. Not ready yet. It’s 3:30. Still waiting. The staff seems nice. they need a better system. They seem over whelmed. Big pharma must be proud."
"Not a review of Walgreen per se, but a shout out to pharmacist Austin (his first name, tall guy, blond hair) is perhaps the best pharmacist I have had at the North Bellmore Walgreens ...He has always gone the extra measure for me if I had questions or concerns; very friendly and professional; one of the few young pharmacists I have seen their over the years who take their career as serious as he does. (I have been using this Pharmacy since 2004)"
"I never write bad reviews because maybe people are just having a bad day, BUT, this pharmacy almost always screws our prescriptions up! Enough already. They send an email that your stuff is ready, when you get there it’s not or they haven’t filled it yet, or they can’t get it for another day or 2! Grrrrr"
