"I see no need for improvement. I love this pharmacy and all who work there! I always feel well cared for and informed. I'm always greeted with a friendly face and reminded if I need a vaccine, need to reach out to one of my Drs and if I need any further information. The attention feels very personal for me. Been going there for years and will continue to do so. Thank you for excellent quality customer service and knowledge!!"

"In store they are ok if saying can I help you from the other side of the room counts and if you are calling Good Luck ever getting anyone on the line. I walked in one time after waiting on hold for an hour and let the pharmacy rep know the call on hold can be disconnected because I’m actually here… SMH..I Just walk in and ask whatever questions I have regarding prescription, insurance, and copay."

"Terrible pharmacy! Wouldn’t let me check out pharmacy items & just sent me away to “the store” to checkout/for help. I understand that they may be busy, but it’s the lack of communication and tone that was rude to me. What a waste of space."

"The pharmacy states they open at 9am. I’ve been here since about 9:10am and they are not open. The target staff unfortunately doesn’t know what’s going on and why the pharmacy hasn’t started yet and I’m a little annoyed that it’s closed. I came to pick up medication that’s needed of course and no one’s working. Hope everything is okay but this is not how you operate a business."

"I came to get my medication. I stood at the counter for a good two minutes before the lady acknowledge me (not the first nor second time this happened). She was like “can I help you?“ She didn’t even come to the counter she was still at the back asking me if she could help me. I answered her only for her to tell me to speak up, so I started going loud as I think she wanted me to. I said every time I come here you always stay to the extreme back asking me if you could help. She is there to help, I don’t get why we have to yell to to the back of the pharmacy to be helped in the proper way. After the prescription was filled she still carried on and asked me if I don’t see that she was the only person working and there are other CVS that I could’ve went to. I was livid but it was a day of my baby shower and I was not going to go to let her spoil it so I got my meds and left."
