Upon receiving a prescription from my doctor, I promptly visited Parkdale Pharmacy to have it filled. I provided the prescription details and trusted the pharmacy to provide me with the appropriate medication. However, to my disbelief and dismay, I discovered that they had given me the wrong medicine. Not only did this error disrupt my treatment plan, but it also raised significant concerns about the pharmacy's attention to detail and commitment to patient well-being. "Been there a couple of times. Next door, Key Food hardly has any over-the-counter pharmeceuticals or "health and beauty," but no problem getting them at Parkdale. Small store, but very well stocked. Avoids the lines at CVS and crowds at Walmart; I haven't compared to see how much is the premium on prices for the convenience. So far, two-out-of-two employees were very nice when I needed help."
