Finally after continuing to tell her no I will purchase directly with SW, she agreed to give me a cancellation numbers and was nothing was charged to my debit card. A couple days later my card was card charged for two tickets to Air India each 3158$. I disputed the charges. I called HotFlightDeals while at my financial institution and spoke to a Rep while telling the Rep my issue the Rep disconnect. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT’S A SCAM"

"This website is a scam! typical fraud! I beg you save your money and time, it doesn't worth it. I purchased a ticket from this website a month ago, just some hours to my trip, I was just checking my e-mail and stumbled into their e-mail, lo and behold! my ticket has been cancelled without a refund. I called them up they won't refund my money, after several hours of calling back of forth, they promised to issue a refund in 7days, I will still come back to post a comment, once I received my refund. "Booked a flight from ATL to PTY for $480. 3 hours after booking they called me to say that the price had increased to $1,500 because the seat I paid for had gotten sold to another passenger! Now I have to cancel my credit card so the scammers in India don't charge $1,020 at the Bangladesh Gentleman's Club. 10/10 would not recommend this travel agency. "It seems too good to be true because it's a scam. I booked flights on hotflightdeals website and my credit card was charged with a confirmation email from one of their representatives (Alex) and a confirmed charge to my credit card. The tickets were never issued so I called repeatedly and was told a different story each time. Flights canceled, tickets will be issued next week, next month, no record of your booking, please send your confirmation emails, you never paid, etc. I finally got a manager, I think, who promised to call me back when she figured it out. No call back 2 times. She finally agreed to refund my money in 5 days. No refund 3 weeks later. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called one last time today and was told the rep who booked my flight was scamming the company and he took my money. I don't believe them. I was told to file a dispute with my credit card company by the person I spoke with today. If this a legit business they do not stand behind their product and support their customers. Use at your own risk."
