"My friend and her family has Been getting propane place for 15 years. They also have four or five different tanks on their property for a couple different houses. So I helped my friend out. I called and wanted to pay her bill So I asked how much she owed they told me $250. OK so I paid $300 It said she’s just About Propane So can you bring more? They said yes, so we can have goes by she runs out of propane And it is January and upstate New York where 15° So I called them And they got somebody right out there A little to hook up to the big tank for now OK no big deal. Four days later, she runs out of propane again. I called Helmer’s back Then they told me She had to pay $670 Because of an Emergency call Because we thought they were going to come fill it. Also proceeded to tell me That after 15 years That They had to pre-pay first that’s why they Didn’t deliver propane. That’s weird because they never had to before so they let them run out of Heat And waited for us to call to tell us that. What a shame These people have a loyal pain customers for 15 years And for this company To blatantly Leave them in the cold without telling them. So before you think about Going with this company Remember, do you and your family want to be left in the cold because One of the ladies are decided They want you To start pre-paying first after a bunch of years."

"Helmers was great to deal with. They sent Stan out to service our propane heater. He was awesome. He went above and beyond. They filled our propane tank before it dropped to a concerning low level. I would highly recommend them."
