"My wife and I were snowmobiling in the area, stopped by for some forgotten meds and an SD card. Over 5 minutes we stood at the checkout while the clerk held an unprofessional flirt session with another employee. She looked directly at us 4 times yet didn't stop her conversation, time is to precious for this type of behavior, we left our items and moved on to DiOrios."
"Our family's flight back to Tampa was cancelled due to Hurricane Idalia in August 2023, causing a few extra days in Old Forge. We were going to run out of much needed meds. The pharmacist and techs did outstanding job getting scripts filled and coordinating with our docs in Tampa and with Ins co. Thanks!"
"Cashier was so rude, older woman brown short hair, I was dealing with my 3 year old so she didn't run off. I guess I was going too slow for the cashier to keep signing at me because I also couldn't get my change zipper open fast enough for the cashier. I did apologize for being a little bit slower, she rolled her eyes at me and said sure. After I got my change I told her she doesn't need to be so rude, have a better day. Staff needs a better understanding of customer service especially those with young children trying to multi-task."
