"I went out to a demo event today that Bowlers Touch had hosted. As soon as I walked in the level or professionalism and respect from Ian and Jim were paramount to my entire experience being a great one. I’ve been having a hard time with my thumb in my bowling ball and Ian and Jim spent the time on me to narrow down the problem and help me fit into an awesome new ball. These two gentlemen bring passion to the sport and to everyone who steps foot into the shop. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on! Thanks Bowlers Touch!"

"Poor customer service here. Small shop, long waits and does not even greet the customers waiting or even acknowledge them. Constantly doing things in the shop and outside the shop when there are customers waiting. He loves to talk though but maybe should consider a little less story time when there are customers waiting to be helped for over 30 minutes. I will not be returning here for any service or purchase needs."
