After tons of troubleshooting to no avail, he took it upon himself to call his Garmin rep, got the pedals replaced, installed them, and paired them. And free of charge!!! Also, as he knew I was anxious to get my bike back bc of an upcoming race, he stayed in constant communication and gave me updated -even of when the UPS truck comes.
