"My medication was sent over to this pharmacy due to another OnPoint pharmacy not taking my insurance. When i called to make sure everything was sent over.. a woman told me we don’t take your insurance. I asked her to see if my medication was authorized.. she had no idea what that meant and told me to call my doctors office. This medication was ordered two weeks ago and i still do not have it. Finally I guess they were able to get it authorized… the women i spoke to did not even know there was a prior authorization team at this “pharmacy”. When i got a text to pick up the medication i was confused because i asked for it to be delivered. I called yesterday to confirm if it ill be delivered and i was told id receive it today from 8-3pm. I called just a few minutes ago because i did not trust it was actually going to be delivered. I spoke to a very kind and competent woman who was sorry but my medication was never sent out although i confirmed everything yesterday! She said i should be receiving it tomorrow. It has been a nightmare with OnPoint pharmacy and i do not suggest anyone relying on this pharmacy."

I am so grateful for your assistance, the time you afforded me and the fact that my medication was delivered to my door and quickly too.
