CVS Pharmacy

"I visited CVS Pharmacy today and was met with a disappointing experience. I arrived at 1:29 PM, just a minute before their scheduled lunch break at 1:30 PM. To my frustration, they were closing for lunch regardless of my timely arrival. What made this situation more aggravating was the fact that there were no other customers in line. Despite the clear opportunity to accommodate one more person, the staff chose not to. Perhaps they were discriminating. This inflexibility and apparent disregard for customer convenience is unacceptable, especially in a pharmacy setting where timely access to services can be crucial. While I understand and respect the need for staff lunch breaks, a little flexibility and a customer-centric approach could make a significant difference. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer service. EDIT: they opened 35 seconds later. Yes I know I'm nitpicking but they earned this the moment they decided to close early."
