"I visited this store on October 20th and was assisted by a gentleman named "Ant". He was the only person behind the counter at the time and I was VERY IMPRESSED by how kind he was and how quickly he worked. He literally was assisting several people at once as we were all in different stages of shipping our packages. Excellent experience."
"I have no idea why this ups gets bad reviews, I went there just this weekend on a Sunday and it was open the hours specified. I think they got a new manager, he’s a super nice man and was keen on learning from staff that was there previously. This is my favorite location because everyone is so nice when I go there, I’m always greeted and despite them being busy, they manage to work as fast as they can. I will definitely continue coming here for all my business and personal needs!"
"The sweet young woman who helped us this Saturday, wish I would've gotten her name, she had a beautiful piercing, she was wonderful! Bonus points for offering out daughter a sticker that says she was pretty. Hope she sees this bc it made our little girls day! The world needs more people like you!!"
"Don't trust their hours. Sun it clearly states open 10am until 3pm on line. They are closed on Sunday. It's raining and as I sat in my car I watched 3 people go to for and turn around with package still. I had given this store 5 stars but listing the wrong hours is not right. I made a special trip. Just spoke with two others. We all made same mistake. 8/20/23 now as I look there are several reviews for the same reason. So the owner knows of the mistake and clearly does not care. There are other options beside ups. Although convenient not worth doing business with a store that puts the customer last. I go here for Amazon returns. I will drive further to other drop off sites that I can trust. And if I need to mail from now on USPS. I had put up with them being slow. But knowing the hours are wrong and doing nothing about it is a blatant message I don't give a damn about my customers. They will put up with whatever I dish out. BIn he last year I have waited in a line of less than 2 people for 15 minutes. The clerks are deliberately slow."
