"We were visiting Savannah from Minnesota and went a little crazy shopping and needed to ship items home. Went to this location on Sunday 10/15/2023. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We got our package when expected and we were very impressed with how well everything was packed. Everything was individually wrapped and grouped together. All of the fragile items were wrapped with additional care. By far the best experience ever at a UPS store when having the staff pack and ship items."
"I went into the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I showed the rep the label that was sent to me by Amazon with my phone. The rep told me that the label needs to be printed out that they couldn’t just scan it from my phone. I replied, OK, fine thinking that they printing it out on a sheet of paper. It would be no more than a dollar. Then I was told that they can only ship one box, because Amazon only sent me one label for two boxes. I was very unhappy that I could only ship one box then to top it off they charge me nearly 5 dollars to print out one sheet of paper. I even stated to them that that was a overcharge to print out one sheet of paper. The rep replied. He is the owner of the store and set his own prices. I reply I will definitely put that in my complaint."
"We brought a broken tv into UPS on York Street to be shipped back for replacement. We didn't have original packaging so they needed to wrap and box it for us. Literally from the time we walked in the door until we exited was less than 10 minutes. The staff was wonderful, super efficient, and price was very reasonable. Our only place for shipping from now on!"
