"Jeremy was super knowledgeable, I'd even call him an expert when it comes to snowboards. He was such a great help when I was deciding which snowboard to purchase. Very patient and answered all of my questions. He even put the bindings on the snowboard for me. When you visit action sports definitely ask for Jeremy. What a great guy."

"This is my ski shop of choice. Every time I come in there is excellent customer service. I have a wide calf and I have always been discouraged from skiing because rentals never fit. Both Scott’s that work there have always put forward all my options, even if it meant I wouldn’t buy direct from this store. Fortunately, the last pair I tried felt amazing and I can’t wait to hit the slopes. Thank you!!!! 10/10 recommend"

"Annoyed with this place, went I went in to set up a rental for the long weekend ( Thursday- Sunday) the person behind the counter told me he did not know how to set up rentals. After he found and talked to two other associates they figured out how to set up my rental. After everything was said and done and he gave me the price the price he was charging went up higher than what was told to me and when questioned he said “ oh yeah I forgot it’s more money on your first rental day and then the price drops back down from $50 a day per person to $20 a day per person.” Okay fine not a huge issue. We get the receipt and are told that are pick up is Wednesday after 1pm and return is Monday before 1pm. Everything is fine with pick up we went skiing and the weather on the mountain took a turn for the worst and had to return two days early. We returned the skis on Saturday before 1pm and when I asked about a refund for the unused days as now it should be a two day rental instead of four. The girl just said no refund. Didn’t even try to work with me just a flat out no. I would not use them again or recommend this place. They do not know the meaning of good customer service. Very disappointed!"
