"They never answer phone calls."
"Terrible, don't go, pay a little more and have more people to assist you if you are in a hurry. After an hour they finally attended to my case, and there were 3 people in front of me, since many people carry 10 packages at a time. The service was super slow, I ended up doing it with the QR they have, and surprise, I had to wait half an hour longer, and they never gave me proof, it's been more than 5 hours, no one answers the blessed phone and I don't know what happened. The girl told me that she was sending me a photo but nothing. I just pray that the package is not lost, the service is terrible, other agencies are more expensive but the service and agility are worth it. They should limit the number of packages to a maximum of 3 per day, not all of us are idle. And they must have someone to answer the phone."
