"My fiancee and I had a wonderful experience getting our engagement ring here. We worked with Hayley, who did an incredible job making us feel welcome and comfortable in exploring the possible options available to us. Hayley also helped us explore a lot of possibilities regarding customization of the ring we chose, and helped us figure out how to change the ring so that it could fit alongside our upcoming wedding bands! She was always so excited to see us, teach us about the ratings and qualities of the diamonds, and help us have our special moment. As someone who felt in over their head initially, I came away from the first consultation feeling very well taken care of. Before our consultation, we were asked questions about the size of the diamond, price range, shape of the diamond, etc., and were provided a number of options to look at within those parameters. This really made the whole process feel personalized, and we got what we were looking for, instead of just looking at what a jeweler had on hand. It was very easy to stay in communication, make size changes, ask for updates, and get everything we needed done as smoothly as possible. I'd highly recommend anyone else looking for jewelry, of any sort, to check out Frank Darling."

"Long overdue review but I cannot speak highly enough about Frank Darling! My fiancé and I worked with Kegan a year ago and I could not be happier with my engagement ring. Kegan was so knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. She and her team were an absolute delight to work with! My ring is gorgeous/flawless, there are days when I simply can’t stop staring at it :) I loved that FD had so many choices (from settings to stones) and their transparent pricing. "My fiance and I both had rings custom made from FD. (Well, mine was custom and his was an adaptation of a ring they'd made before.) We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Alice was a huge help and is a great designer, able to turn my words and ideas into a stunning design. Getting a resin print of the ring was especially nice! We also appreciated the huge selection of lab grown stones and the use of recycled metal for the rings. (We both think it's silly to obsess over a diamond being mined over grown) my fiance and I were also glad to be able to support women and POC with our purchase here. Price: 5 stars (Seriously! Blue diamonds at these prices??) Design: 5 starts Service: 5 stars You should really consider them if you're in the market for jewelry, ESPECIALLY if you're considering custom made jewelry."
