"I’m so disgusted that Ayman would take advantage of his customers especially during this pandemic. He used this as an opportunity to make a quick buck. I called the airline to see how I would be able to change the date on my ticket since I’d been getting the run around for over 2 months just to find out that Ayman had cancelled the ticket without consent and failed to even contact me even after a week had passed by since he cancelled the ticket. When I called him after to ask for an explanation, he lied and told me he was waiting for a response from the airline on a change of date until I mentioned to him that I already was made aware of the cancellation via the airline. Every time I’d call to ask for information, Ayman would either tell me to call back at a different date or time or that he’d call me back. That call never came. To top off this horrible experience he felt it was “fair” to return less than half of my ticket cost and to “take out taxes” on a refund. I wouldn’t recommend him or his agency."

I would recommend his agency to anyone. He’s made 2 international trips a year attainable. I’ve booked a trip to Egypt and a cruise leaving from Barcelona to several destinations in Europe for a fraction of the cost if I’d done it on my own!"
