"Imagine you're on a tight schedule as most drivers are, and you come in to get a simple plug job. But they assign some guy who stops working literally every 30 to talk to other mechanics, to check his messages and answers them, who starts to something but gets distracted and forgets what he was doing because again he has to go to other people about everything but the job at hand. It took for me to huff and puff in the waiting room for a manager to finally tell him to finish the job. 90% of the reviews I read about tire repairs were negative and some dating from months ago. Please read them and address the problem."
