"Bad shipping hours for anybody who works a 9-5 career. Very little flexibility. Always need a signature. They have missed 2/3 of my delivery dates so far, with the one time I wasn't there being the time they were for once. I cannot put my life on hold for a delivery when the window is 4 hours wide, especially when nobody shows up when I make the time. Screw these guys."

"I ordered a sectional sofa that was shipped via this company. Delivery confirmation I received stated "white glove" delivery, "boot covers" and also "LIGHT ASSEMBLY OF LEGS". It was certainly NOT a white glove delivery, they didn't wear boot covers, and they refused to install the legs, saying that they don't do any assembly. I showed them my email confirmation stating that legs would be installed; they didn't care. Called the company and spoke with "Gary" who was a total dick. They do not care about their customers, they even said as much, so why companies would continue to contract them for delivery services is beyond me."
