"Horrible service. Worst bus company. Dominican (Hispanic) lady roughly pulls and pushes the children by the arm or jacket collar. Bus lady says to be ready at certain time but never comes on time. Some days bus lady doesn't even call or text to notify that the bus is near. They have no schedule when it comes to picking up the child. Fire that old hag, she shouldn't be near children especially special children who are non verbal and can't defend themselves."
"I am not sure what time my son is supposed to be dropped off because the driver doesn't speak enough English to tell me. She says she will let me know when they are close, but she never does. If I am not there when they drop him off. She calls, and says you no here we go and drives off with my 2 year old. Last time this happened they wouldn't even pick up the phone when I called so I called the police and reported him as a possible kidnapping. An hour later they came Back and returned him thankfully I was outside with the police reporting him missing. So I was able to take him but I'm not sure what they would of done with him if I was not outside. I had to pull him out of the happy dragon school since they bus company."
