"This company does not stand behind its warranty. The foam at the bottom of the windshield pushed out. When Grant showed up to look at it he said that it wasnt needed then reached and pulled the piece that was out off and ripped it off and counted that as a repair. The warranty literally says " Your replacement glass is warranted against defects in material and workmanship " pretty sure that foam that was in the windshield to begin with and is now not. How does that not count as workmanship. Grant is extremely unprofessional."

"Ray came out and replaced the windshield on my Dodge Charger. He showed up on time and ready to work! Their price was better than all the competitors I called and he was very knowledgeable about his craft. He took less than an hour which was awesome because I had to get back to work! I will be recommending him and Novus to all of my friends and family."
