"After checking out the local dealers around me and being totally disappointed and was wondering why the truck buying experience needs to be like this, especially when your dropping 70 Grand or more. I came across these guys on the interweb and I am so glad I did. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions and had a great price on the truck I wanted to buy with the right options. The experience was very positive and I can say it was the best experience I believe I have had in buy a new truck. It was well worth the 180 mi drive and everything was simple and done over the phone and when I got to the "Dealership" ( now typically I would say "Stealership") but that wasn't the case, everything was waiting for me. I simply handed them the money and signed a couple of forms and was handed the keys. Their was no drawing boxes, no playing around with numbers ,I simply got the price I was quoted over the phone. I wish they were closer to me, but next time I still would do the drive to save some money to get the truck I wanted, not what was just sitting on the lot"

We were approached by Shane Hopper on the lot who was very laid-back and informative. We ended up purchasing a new Edge titanium. My wife and I absolutely fell in love with them on the test drives we took. We told Shane we hadn't got lunch yet and he told us to go on ahead and go get lunch in one of the new vehicles and he'll see us when we're done. It was an absolute pleasure working with Shane and Matthew Murdock on purchasing our new vehicle. The sales process they Implement is very simple. Not to mention they have all new state-of-the-art service equipment, a nice customer Lounge with free water, coffee, snack machines etc. Once again Richard (shop mgr.) and Kristen the service advisor we're very cool, laid back, and made you feel like family or at least a valued customer!
