We called him, and he was there within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the issue within 5-10 more minutes. Told us what it was, gave us a quote, and lead us to his house. He repaired the car THAT NIGHT! And we picked it up the next day. Eric is an honest, hardworking mechanic that I would, and will, recommend to anyone in our area that needs roadside assistance! He still came right over to us in 15 minutes and solved what turned out to be an easy issue thankfully.
