"There are a lot of different types of crafts in the store. I wish they had knowledgeable craft type staff members to help find stuff as I was trying to find something for my wife in the crocheting department. However a really nice fellow shopper help me find a loom and materials so that my wife could start crocheting. So I appreciate her help. But this is a great store for crafts."

"Much nicer location than the one in N.Syracuse. Not sure if they were super light on inventory due to the holiday or Covid related supply issues but a ton of empty shelves. The upholstery fabric section seemed well stocked though and they had tons of fabrics and trims. Store seemed clean and well organized."

"Clerks are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Wait times to get material cut and to check out can be long at peak busy periods, so if you need to hurry avoid weekends & early evenings. Selection is excellent & they are usually well stocked."
