"I needed a battery for my watch, which is a basic Timex. It was a Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. Two women were standing around, gabbing. I gave them my watch and they said they'd text me in 2 or 3 days. Hey, remember when the kiosk in the mall did it while you waited. After a week I finally called and got a story about how the jeweler had to send away for the battery -- for a basic Timex! Long story short, I bought a new watch online and never bothered to pick up the old one. Where is that mall kiosk when you need it?"

"I brought 2 watches in to be repaired. I explained to the gray haired woman that one watch I had just replaced the battery and the seconds hand was stopping at the 10. The second one I had no idea what was going on with it. I explained that they weren't expensive watches, but they belonged to my mom who passed away recently and they have great sentimental value. She wrote up a ticket and I left. The next day she called and said they were all set to be picked up. I asked for a total and she said "20.00 for two cells." I was very excited. When I arrived the same woman assisted me. When she took out the watches, she noticed the time was incorrect and started to set it. She got a puzzled expression on her face and said "I'll be right back" upon returning, she said to me in front of the other customers in the store, "This is a cheap watch and it's just broken; the other watch is so old it doesn't even have a battery and it won't wind. There's no charge." I could not believe how crass she was. Also, WHY was I told there was a 20.00 charge for 2 cells when one watch didn't even have a battery. I don't see myself ever returning to this store. Very disappointed"
