"I just bought a Hybrid bike from Bert’s two weeks ago. The service was excellent, I was asked if I needed any help when I entered, my response was not at the moment. My wishes were respected, when I finished looking around I asked for assistance. It was at this time I received all help I was looking for, they were able to answer all my questions about the bike I was wanting. Needless to say I purchased the bike I was looking at. I also purchased the accessories I thought I needed, these are knowledgeable, friendly people."

"I spoke with the owner via email and then in person about ordering some bearings and spacers for a front SRAM 900 hub. I was told everything that I wanted had been ordered. About 10 days later I received a phone call that my stuff was in for pickup. When I got to the store I was informed that an important special spacer was unavailable from the manufacturer and that I may have luck trying to get it directly from them instead of going through Bert's. So I paid for my parts which was around $105 and contacted the manufacturer a few days later only to find out that I couldn't get the spacer either. I returned to the store a few days later to try to return the parts that I was unable to use because I was unable to get the needed spacer unless I bought the whole hub. Bert's told me that I am unable to return the parts because they were special order. It would have been nice to know that the needed spacer was unavailable before ordering the special order parts because that just wasted $100 of my money. The parts are useless to me without the spacer that is unavailable that I was not informed of until I paid for the parts. Thanks alot"

"I was always under the impression this is a place where I need to avoid because they were most likely charge a lot more than any other place. I was totally wrong. We went in to fix our kids trailer attached to my husband's bike. Attach training Wheels to my son's bike. For the first service the guy was so sweet he didn't charge us anything!! Training wheels he's just charged us $4 for the bolts we had llost. We cannot thank them enough for their generosity and kindness. We will definitely will be going back!!!!!"

"I was buying a bike rack for my car and only had a few wants but no idea what I needed. Paisley jumped right in to assist and steer me toward the rack I needed. Helpful with pulling up a video to illustrate how the hitch slide worked - I felt like my needs were met. When I came in a few weeks later to make the purchase, Paisley looked high and low for the rack but they were out of stock. It was added to the transfer truck for delivery the next day. Christina assisted with making sure our needs were met as well. When we came back to pick the rack up, Cameron helpfully installed it on our vehicle and made sure we knew what we were doing. The rest of the staff was hustling as it was very busy (Sunday early afternoon). It looked like a great, supportive team ready to assist whenever someone needed help. Go to Bert’s on NFB - you won’t be disappointed."

"Bert's is wonderful. Usually a great selection. I'm always impressed with the interesting accessories that they have in stock. Incredible variety of bikes and fitness machines. Several different trainers for the winter. In-store repair service. I really appreciate Bert's versatility. Bike parts, some clothing, accessories, safety gear. Rewards are available. Perfect location on Niagara Falls Boulevard near Boulevard Consumer Square. Very good parking. The service is outstanding!"
