"This should be a 0 star review . Service sucks and drivers lie ! I told the driver before I took our delivery off the truck that I could see the pallet had been dumped and damaged . I called the office ,the person I got on the phone said " let me call the driver " . Gets back on the phone " He said it wasn't damaged , not our problem" Never asked for a picture , never offered to send anyone out . 5 k worth of electronic water filtration equipment that didn't leave the factory looking the way it does . If you have to deal with this company DO NOT SIGN OR TAKE DAMAGED MATERIAL. Leave it on there truck ."
"Horrible delivery service, customer service is just as bad. Delivered a 100lb tank and left it by the road with no way for me to get it to the house. Customer service's solution was to have their driver pick it up tomorrow and send it back to the company. Such a great solution. If I didn't need the tank, I wouldn't have ordered it. They claim they don't deliver to the door unless the driveway is paved. Many deliveries have been made to my house up the driveway, with a pallet loader without issues but this company is too fragile to actually do the job they were paid to do. No refund from the delivery company was offered."
"the worst delivery service I have ever had, nothing good to say about it at all. Very unreasonable and unprofessional. If there is less than zero I will give to them with no doubt. First and will be the last time deal with you."
"I didn't catch my delivery guys name but he was excellent we are in the new berlin ny area. My guy showed up in a HUGE truck and we live on a very remote road he went above and beyond helping me get my package in my garage. In turn I gave him a ride down the seasonal rd so he could assess if he could make it and he was very grateful I did because he wouldn't have made it. He ended up having to back up the way he came. I'm very happy with the service from estes and my driver was excellent! On my bill it says co signed number is 32275. Give this guy a raise!"
"We've been using Estes for a few years now with weekly shipments, with the exception of a mishap here or there (mainly due to weather), they have been outstanding. We will continue to use them, their customer support has been excellent."
