"I have used this pharmacy for years have have never felt so looked down on as I did today. I pick up meds 2 x month for my child who has a lot for medications ordered. Both the counter person and the pharmacist were so cold stone faced. (One person compares the women to the devil)I Neither felt they should have called to let me known the one prescription needed another refill. I would have called the doctor personally to make sure it was there as I had just called for the prescription that they did have. As I call him once a month for the controlled med anyways. Just looking at the history of the child would have been enough normally to see the script has a refill on it that is on going. The stone faced young woman who was the pharmacist could have cared less to her I was just an unhappy person. I can’t imagine that the family who opened this pharmacy years ago would be mortified to see how this new generation is treating customers. Like I said for well over 20 years I have used this pharmacy because it’s commitment to the community. I also understand this is problem I experienced is the normal after Covid response most businesses have to deal with to keep employees just fill the space is the most important then customer service. I could go on about my past experience that kept me coming to this business for so many years because I really appreciated the work ethic that the founding families instilled in their self as well as the people they employed. I guess this is just another business who’s time in the community could be nearing its end. Small pharmacy s are closing all over and the corporate company’s are taking over. To the many good years I say thank you but new face of the business I say I will pray for a change!"

"Love this pharmacy in North Utica! They are always helpful and the pharmacists are available and answer questions. As far as payments are concerned, if my insurance doesn't cover, they work with me to find a solution. I highly recommend them. Also, they deliver for those who can't get to the store for their prescriptions. I like supporting a local business that has served the community for many years."

"If I could give this store a zero I would. I am constantly having problems in this pharmacy with ANY medication I bring in. Very recently no control of either party I had to pay out of pocket for medication and they charged me full amount even though I had a discount card from online. Once bringing it to their attention they told me I would get a refund on the card I purchased the medicine with. 1.5 weeks go by and no refund. So I bring it to their attention again and they tell me it is not a refund it is store credit. Okay fine, because I had to pay for medicine for another week out of pocket. So I go to pick up my medicine and figure it would be no charge because of the store credit I not only get charged again but I am told theres no such thing as store credit. After a long time of back and forth the money is finally returned. I was told by their manager at the beginning of this week that I would be able to bill the insurance for my meds on the 3rd. So I send my husband down to the pharmacy to get it and they charge him!!!! And only give him a 7 day supply instead of 30!!! Now I am furious!!!!! And I ask to speak to a manager again... which then the manager told me its "not their problem its mine" and hung up the phone. I will NEVER do business with them EVER again after the BS I have gone through in the past month with them. they are unprofessional, and act like they are too good for any of their customers unless they know you personally. Nothing is ever their fault and they could care less of your situation or problem."

"I love the fact that they will pick up prescription scripts at my home, fill them and then deliver the medication to my door. They are also very knowledgeable about what interactions to be on the lookout for. They also are more interested in helping the customers than they are in the money, which I think is needed in more stores."

"I don't fill any of my Prescriptions here but what I do here is Pay My Bills they have a Direct Pay Center that you can Pay Any Bill and you have the option of Paying either 1 Day or 2 Day or Regular Send which I'm thinking is about 5 business days there is a fee for this Service and it Ranges from 75 cents to $3.75 but it's so Worth it because it's Fast and Convenient!!! It's a Very Small Drug Store with Very Few Item in their Store but they do a good Pharmacy Business from what I can see and the Bill Payment Center does Very Well they Also sell Lottery Tickets and they do well with that as well!!! Also Very Friendly and Very Clean Store!!!"
