"Consistently poor communication. ALWAYS call before you go to get an script and make sure it’s filled. Otherwise a waste of time and energy. They NEVER call to tell me if there is an issue with my Rx’s. So after I commute to get my meds, then I find out there is an issue which will take a few days to resolve, and they have had the script for a few days. Could have called to let me know there was an issue, bring insurance, anything. Nope, just leave me guessing constantly. Pharmacy assistant have trouble listening and reading. I spell my name slowly, they can’t find it. Then someone else comes along and asks same questions, finds it right away. Constantly new faces, lots of turn over. Manager always seems hurried and hassled. Not a pleasant experience. Going elsewhere."
