"WHAT A DUMP THIS PLACE IS. No food options. Hot, damp, smelly. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. Bathroom ABSOLUTELY GROSS smelling. Does not look like it was updated since it was built. For all of the taxes New York charges, expensive fuel, and the high price of tolls where is the money going? The only nice thing was the historical marker by the entrance. Save your money. Take an exit and fuel up and get something to eat off of The NY Thruway. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If I could give negative stars I would. The NY Thruway should be thrilled I have them 1 star."
"I'm not clear what was happening when I went inside, but the air felt thick as if it were full of dust. After exiting, I threw up. I hope they remedy this. Perhaps they were doing some sort of cleaning, but my visit was incredibly unpleasant."
