"1:20 pm pm a Monday the door was locked. I used the call button by the door with the 'visitor' option. No one answered. I've never come across a city visitor center that was locked during normal hours with no way to get info on the city."

"I actually went here twice because the first day I arrived too late to properly view museum. The gentleman who were working were very kind and explained the museum and how to start your etc. They were both very inviting and pleasant. Nothing like a warm welcome yo the city!!! You must stop by to retrieve information on what to do in and around the city."
