"I’ve been with this bank for 4 years now. It’s great online banking and when I go to the branches in person I never have any issues. always very friendly and helpful staff. However, when I call, I NEVER get an answer. I am on hold 20+ minutes EVERY time. If I leave a voicemail, there is NEVER a call back. I’ve seen staff answer phones when I go into the branches, but when I call, nothing. I’m on hold as I type this, it’s been 30 minutes."

"Far too many inconveniences. Beware if you get a loan. They are in the middle of no where but they make it extremely difficult to pay them back unless you go all the way out there and pay them directly. Never had any issues with any other company in my life accepting payments… I cant wait to pay off my loan so that I can never deal with this company again."
