"I must express my immense disappointment with 1-800 flowers. Today, I had placed an order for a delightful combination of flowers and chocolates to surprise my beloved sister. However, to my dismay, I received a call at the end of the day informing me that they were unable to deliver the package due to a shortage of delivery personnel. While they did offer an apology, this experience has left me with a strong conviction to never patronize this company again. It serves as a reminder that supporting local mom and pop shops can often be the wiser choice. I deeply regret my decision to order from 1-800 flowers."

"Never ever order anything or give this awful business any of your money. They WILL take it and NOT deliver your flowers. They WILL NOT give you any refund or any consideration of one. They are hiding behind the 1800 numbers which isnt even affiliated with this store. on top of that, everyone is incredibly rude. Bottom line: no flowers, no refund, terrible representation, and huge waste of time and money. If I could give a no star review I would."

"I ordered a wreath of white flowers and a standing spray, also white flowers. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral parlor in Queens Village and lit up the room on such a sad occasion as my father’s death. They added beauty and dignity to the visitation and funeral service. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again."

"I ordered a large Spooky Pumpkin Boutique online and what I got is nothing like the picture. I ordered this particular boutique because I liked the contrast of the dark flowers with the white roses and carnations. Instead, I essentially received 6 roses, an overkill of babies breath, a few eucalyptus stems, and a lot of carnations. I called the customer service line and the gentleman over the phone assured me that he could replace my order with something that looked more similar to the original photo. He was understanding and great! I get an email that these replacement flowers were delivered. Even though I didn’t receive any notifications this time that someone was entering my building. I get home and the replacement flowers are no where to be found. Not in the lobby, at my door, or in the package room. I notified the customer service chat and got nothing. No care, no compassion, no replacement. No resolve. I legit love flowers and had prematurely signed up for Passport because I had planned to purchase flowers on a regular basis. Won’t be doing that."
