"Alex is wonderful to work with! Very professional, communicative, and has the artistic eye and knowledge to put together the most beautiful floral arrangements. I can't wait to get wedding images back and plan to update this review with photos. My only tip is to pay attention to the installation fees and budget appropriately. On the floral proposal, there was a disclaimer providing the minimum and maximum possible fees calculated from the total. When our proposal was presented with the minimum amount, we thought this was calculated from the items in the proposal; however, it was just a placeholder. When we expressed concerns about the rise in pricing, they were able to work with us to stay closer to our budget. We highly recommend Alex and her team at Petals & Roots. Thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful!"

"This review is overdue. Best florist I have ever worked with! My husband's and my wedding fell in one of the dark eras of the pandemic (early January 2021). We had other plans initially, but ended up having a Zoom wedding in Central Park. The bouquet and boutonniere were ordered from Petals and Roots pretty last minute, but were gorgeous! I have gotten flowers from other places. My bridal bouquet was the nicest bouquet I have ever had. Then, months later in early Sept. 2021, I am the witness at my amazing friend's City Hall wedding. To make it feel special, I treated bride and groom to a bouquet and boutonniere from Petals & Roots. They were gorgeous flowers, smelled beautiful, and were also ordered pretty last minute.
