"Pulling our funds out of this bank tomorrow. It is rediculous how this bank operates. We have 2 accounts. One that we don't use that much , it has most of out money. The 2nd account we keep a low balance. This account is used to pay bills, and for grocery shopping. We a NSF notice and we were charged $200 dollars. They see we have the money in the other account, but would prefer to charge us NSF fee so they can make money. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Unless you have money to just throw away."

"Absolutely horrible service. If you like a bank that doesn’t care about their customers, has an app that never works, and employees that look at you like you just woke them up from a nap then this is your bank."

"This has to be the worst bank I’ve ever done business with. The people in charge of overseeing business accounts, are lazy and unqualified. They put little to no time into examining and determining the status of a personal check deposit. I can deposit a $12,000.00 check one day without issues yet come back three days later with a check from the same person for a lesser amount and they will put a hold on it. How can you expect companies to do business like that. Cashing checks shouldn’t be a guessing game. They also will hold checks without getting any approval from the customer and refuse to return the check when you tell them you do not want to deposit it if they are going to put a hold on it. Not to mention everyone that works there always looks absolutely miserable. Fair warning, go somewhere else."
