"These guys saved the day for us a few weeks ago. We had travel to Long Island for a funeral and had ordered flowers through sendflowers.com. A few inches of snow had fallen the night before and SendFlowers texted and called us in the morning to tell us they were canceling our order because “none of the florists on Long Island are open to service your order“. I called BS on that and started calling florists in the area. Luckily I started with McKenzie. They immediately heard the urgency in my voice and apologized for what had happened even though they had nothing to do with it! The gentleman asked what kind of arrangement we had ordered and promised that McKenzie would do their best to duplicate it and they made one that was even more beautiful! They had about three hours or less to get it delivered to the funeral home which was nearby luckily. When I looked for it when I got to the funeral I was so happy with what they had brought and the funeral Director said that the delivery man was very kind and conscientious and had double checked to make sure they had the right funeral. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, so grateful for McKenzie!"
