They asked if I would like to substitute a Palm plant instead of an Arborcola. I agreed, and the palm was delivered promptly, the same day. The delivery person from Bohemia Flower Shop took the time to explain to the recipient how to care for the plant, when to water it, etc. The recipient, a new business location owner, was thrilled with the Palm, thankful for the care instructions, and happy to have a beautiful live plant in the office of his new business location.
