The price included delivery and assembly, which was great. The day after I bought it I talked to Wayne, he scheduled the delivery and worked around my schedule. The 2 guys that delivered/assembled it (Jack and Dan) were very kind and quick at getting in and out. I walked in to Syracuse Fitness after having it recommended to me and within 2 days had an affordable home gym up and running in my home. I plan on going back in the future. "Terrible customer service. I was not greeted upon entering the "business", nor was I asked if I needed assistance or had any questions. In fact, I had time to Price compare Amazon for the dip/ pull up station I was looking at. Not only did I get a better deal on Amazon, but I also got to try out the equipment and use their WiFi to order the workout equipment. Seems like the manager was too busy watching football to be bothered with my 500 dollar purchase. Thanks for the free WiFi, and super discount on Amazon!"
