The staff was so sweet and attentive. The flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful for the wedding! All of the boutonnieres and corsages were labeled so there was so confusion. "Update on prior post: The smallest arrangement was delivered but we paid for the Premium size. What arrangement includes 5 roses and a few carnations for $80?? Hess Brothers refuses to reimburse us but offered a $15 credit to use the next time we place an order with them. ??? Really??? Why would we ever use them again? Buyer beware - the description of their arrangements on their website is completely inaccurate and they don't stand by what they're advertising."
