"Extremely rude. Received a very threatening letter from them due to their own error filing their lien on my vehicle. My first response to this letter went ignored so they sent a second letter a few months later claiming to have tried to reach me "several" times and threatening to contact an attorney (on a loan that hasn't had a single late payment). Not a great way to treat a customer that pays on time. I sure won't be doing business with them ever again!"

Everyone is nice there, Ryan, Karen, and Cindy and the tellers are Very Pleasant. I just had surgery and I can't get on to my account so I hope someone can help with that.
