"Michelle was great! The ATM ate a woman's card in the drive thru, and the ATM inside was out of cash, so in line we stood. Michelle was courteous, patient, efficient during a long line of angry customers."

"I used to love it here! Both my checking and a few saving account are here currently. I was looking to open up a credit card through Bank of America as well. With the locations being closed there is very limited to no support. I stopped using one of my savings accounts and tried to close it. However, it isn’t like I can walk into a bank and ask for assistance that way. I don’t know of any way to close it through the app; it’s not like their “Erica” is helpful. By the time I found their customer service number I had a negative balance I was forced to pay due to their negligence. To not give me options to close the account and then charge me for it is bad business. This bank is not set up to be online banking only. I do plan on finding a bank that is open to speak with and moving my accounts over."

"I am very disappointed in Bank of America. I’ve been a customer for many years. I’ve had that little $600 credit card and more than proved I was worthy. And because I had fraud on my account in February. And one of your agents recorded. “I made delinquent payments “ instead of fraudulent activity. You reviewed my credit report and closed my credit card. And in order to reopen my credit card you want to run another credit inquiry. So not only have you hurt my credit report further once. You want to hurt it again with another inquiry. I already proved myself worthy over the last 5 yrs. I bring $20000 plus a month to your bank. I will close all of my accounts. And take my banking elsewhere. Over a $600 credit card. That you wrongfully closed and your fraud department wrongfully notated. I did not have delinquent payments. It was fraud. Not my fault and you make a good customer pay for. I will also publish this everywhere. Unless Bank of America rectifies this."

"Nice branch inside. This looks like a modern branch and a bank that is willing to invest into it's locations. The staff here are helpful and friendly. They're always trying to upgrade you into a new banking experience when you stop in, but you can dodge those questions easily. Good bank with lots of other local branches around locally and nationwide."
