"My boy friend ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day. When the flowers were delivered there was nobody at home to take them. Instead of simply dropping off the flower at my door, the driver called me and very nicely explained that someone need to be at home to pick up the flowers, so they won't be frozen outdoor. I called the store and they arranged to come over my place again the same day. The flowers are beautiful and the driver and shop assistant are so nice and patient! And as you can tell they really care about providing their customer the best product. Would definitely recommend them!"
