"I wanted something different than a limo bus for our wedding and stumbled upon the buffalo trolleys. We selected the white trolley which had ample room. Our trolley driving was incredibly helpful and had extra towels for our flowers and knew his way around Buffalo. The biggest complaint was my contact person through the company no longer worked there but after calling the main line I was connected to another individual who helped me through the rest of the process. I loved how gratuity was included so that wasn’t something I had to think about the wedding day."
"We dealt with a Brianne regarding our inquiry, itinerary, payments, etc. She was very accommodating, helpful, and replied to concerns promptly. Upon pick up to drop-off, everything was smooth and was able to stay on schedule. The driver in which we regretfully do not remember his name was very patient considering the amount of passengers and traffic since our wedding was on a Saturday afternoon. Their services went beyond our Wedding Day: we discovered we forgot a BOSE speaker on the trolley. We called there dispatch in which they informed us they'll touch base with us in a few days. They did, and informed they found the speaker and made arrangements to pick-it-up. We highly recommend, the trolley was a big hit for our Bridal Party, and the City of Buffalo as we good numerous honks and thumbs-ups!!!"
