"Marty the owner was great. He helped me select the right bike for myself (I am just getting started into biking). He gave my daughter a bell for her bike which wasn't even purchased from him. When we got home I noticed a fish Hook in the front tire. I called there and and was told to bring it back to him. Marty put in a new tube at no charge and even changed the bell he gave my daughter because it didn't fit her handle bars. Would definitely us this shop for future repairs and purchases, even though I have 2 bike shops within 3 miles of where I live"

"Stopped into the Rhinebeck bicycle shop today and I had a really good time. I got to talk to the owner, Marty? Sorry if I messed that up but we got talking for about 15-20 minutes about all things bike and other things. Really a nice guy and pretty nice shop. Very knowlagable and friendly. Haven't had any repairs there but I would definitely go back"
